PipelineFlows ("we", "us", "our") operates the PipelineFlows service at https://www.nattytracker.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, protect, and share your information, with specific attention to SMS text messaging and mobile data consistent with CTIA guidelines and the A2P 10DLC program administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR).

SMS Consumer Consent Policy — Mobile Information Sharing:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register for alerts at https://www.nattytracker.com/alerts:

Name — to identify your account
Mobile phone number — to send SMS alert notifications
Email address — to send email alert notifications
Alert preferences — which pipelines and segments you subscribe to
SMS opt-in records — date, time, IP address, and form submission confirming your express consent to receive SMS messages

We do not collect browsing data, cookies, tracking data, advertising identifiers, device IDs, geolocation, or any information beyond what is needed to deliver pipeline alert notifications.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

Send pipeline capacity and flow alert notifications via SMS and/or email
Send weekly maintenance impact report summaries
Respond to support inquiries (HELP replies) and opt-out requests (STOP replies)
Maintain compliance records of your SMS consent (opt-in) and any subsequent opt-out, as required by the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and the A2P 10DLC program

We never use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, cross-context behavioral advertising, or any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for.

SMS Messaging Terms and Consent

By submitting the registration form at https://www.nattytracker.com/alerts, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS notifications from PipelineFlows about natural gas pipeline maintenance events and segment capacity changes. The consent language is displayed above the submit button on that page. Message frequency varies based on pipeline events (typically 1–10 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all SMS messages, or reply HELP for support contact information. For additional help you may also contact us at the email address below. There is no cost to opt out.

Information Sharing — Mobile Opt-In Data

We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose.

Mobile information — including your mobile phone number, SMS consent records, and any data gathered as part of the SMS program — is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your data is transmitted only to the service providers strictly necessary to deliver notifications on our behalf (support subcontractors as permitted under CTIA guidelines):

Twilio, Inc. — SMS delivery carrier. Twilio receives your phone number and message content solely to deliver the SMS. Twilio's handling of your data is governed by Twilio's own privacy policy and its contractual obligations to us.
Amazon Web Services (SES) — email delivery carrier. AWS SES receives your email address and message content solely to deliver the email.

These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may use it only to deliver our messages on our behalf. They are prohibited from using your information for marketing, advertising, promotional, or any secondary purpose.

Data Retention

We retain your contact information and SMS consent records for as long as your alert subscription is active. When you unsubscribe (via STOP reply or account deletion), your phone number is immediately removed from active SMS sending. A minimal opt-out record is retained only as required to honor your preference and meet CTIA / TCR A2P 10DLC regulatory obligations. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted storage, TLS-secured transmission (HTTPS), and restricted access controls. Data transmitted to Twilio and AWS SES is protected by those providers' enterprise-grade security.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate information
Request complete deletion of your information
Opt out of all SMS communications at any time by replying STOP (no cost)
Opt out of all email communications at any time by contacting us
Delete your account entirely at any time by contacting us

Children's Privacy

PipelineFlows is a business-to-business service for natural gas pipeline professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
